Port Acquisition Picks

Decision logic

The factory Dealer Pipeline Report is the primary sales and committed-supply source. The engine matches pipeline Model code to port Local MC, then separates Dealer Stock, Truck Away, Port/VPC, transit stages, and Pre Production by expected arrival timing. A Truck Away unit can cover an immediate need; a Pre Production unit does not block a faster port pick. Accepted allocation orders count as committed supply (the Alloc stage) so already-ordered configurations are not re-recommended. NEW inventory-feed disappearances after the report date remain a supplemental presumed-sale signal.
