A. Hyundai port export

Select the original Hyundai port Excel or CSV file — either the port EXPORT (VIN-level) or the DISTRICT FINALIZE report (configuration-level, no VINs). The layout is detected automatically and converted to port_available.csv.

B. Dealer Pipeline Report

Select the factory Dealer Pipeline Report and enter the date the report is through. It is converted to dealer_pipeline.csv. The final code in each Model row is matched to the port report's Local MC.

C. Rebuild the recommendations

  1. 1. Upload the new canonical CSV file and commit it to main.
  2. 2. Open the workflow, click Run workflow, select main, and wait for the green check.
  3. 3. Return to Port Picks and refresh.

Timing logic: Dealer Stock and Truck Away protect immediate demand. Port/VPC and other transit stages are counted by expected arrival. Pre Production remains committed supply, but it does not block a port pick when expected demand occurs first.
